Shipping
We ship across the EU and the United States.
Cerova currently delivers to all EU countries (with the exception of Cyprus) and the United States. If you're outside these regions, sign up to our email list and we'll let you know when we expand.

Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and can occasionally vary due to customs processing on international orders or high demand periods.
Returns & Refunds
- Unopened products: returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened products: for hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
- Return shipping: for eligible returns not due to our error, the customer covers return shipping.
- Refund timing: processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
